Do all people with Autism have obsessions and repetitive behaviours?

Repetitive and obsessive behaviours are often observed in people who are Autistic and are even more prevalent in people at the lower functioning end of the spectrum. The exact nature and function of these behaviours will vary according to each individual but may include, behaviours such as arm or hand flapping, finger flicking, rocking, jumping, spinning or twirling.
