Young, Autistic and Stage Struck was a brilliant series of programmes in where children on the autistic spectrum where brought together to put on a show for their parents and friends.
During the course of the series I did wonder if the course leaders were ever going to reach their goal - but amazingly they did and what a show it was. Every person palyed a part and eventually did it very well. I was a very rocky path to get there but the end results where phenominally worth it.
More of this kind of thing should be done with people of all ages who are on the autistic spectrum.
